Garnet Sand

Garnet, also called silicate mineral, is a garnet abrasive composed of minerals from the garnet family.

Used as a non-toxic substitute for slag and silica sand, it has high hardness and bulk density,
high specific gravity and toughness, and can be used in wet and dry blasting applications, etc.

Blasting with garnet can be used for surface cleaning,
coating removal and waterjet cutting. It is harmless to human body and non-toxic,
so it is especially used in shipbuilding and marine fields.

White Aluminium Oxide

White aluminum oxide is a non-metallic material made of pure aluminum oxide produced by heating
and pressurizing bauxite at a high temperature in an electric furnace, and consists of high-purity alumina.

It is composed of more than 99.5% AI2O3 and has high purity and high hardness in white color.

In particular, it has high heat resistance, chemical resistance and toughness, so it is used as
abrasive tools, thermal spray coating, ceramics, lapping, surface treatment, pre-painting, and
high-grade fireproofing materials.

Brown Aluminium Oxide

Brown aluminum oxide is a product produced by heating and pressurizing bauxite at a high temperature
in an electric furnace. It is brown in color and has high strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance,
and high toughness.

It is used for refractory materials, chemical additive materials, precision casting,
surface treatment before plating, and grinding and sanding of carbon steel and various castings.

The main chemical components are Al2O3 and TiO2, and small amounts of SiO2 and Fe2O3 are
also included. In particular, the grain size is clear and uniform,so there is little dust, and the
high hardness provides high productivity with low consumption.

Silicon Carbide

Silicon carbide is the third hardest mineral in the world after diamond and boron carbide.

Chemically, silicon carbide is very resistant and can withstand the strongest alkalis and
acids, and in addition to being used as a blasting abrasive, it is also used as an aggregate
for the production of anti-slip, wear-resistant and conductive floor coatings. In addition,
it contains more than 99% SiO2, so it has excellent magnetic clarity.

It is also used in the manufacturing process of electrical/electronic products based on Mohs
hardness of 9.5 or more, excellent thermal conductivity, and oxidation resistance
at high temperatures.

Steel Shot

Steel shot is sorted by size according to SAE standard specifications after quenching and
tempering in the heat treatment process after the molten metal is transformed into round
particles, and has uniform particle size and hardness.

It is mainly used as an abrasive for surface descaling of steel products, de-use of castings,
surface treatment and shot peening.

Steel Cut Wir

Steel cut wire is a projection material used for surface treatment of uniform roughness and pattern
because it has a cylindrical shape cut to the same length as the wire diameter and has a long wear
resistance and constant wear displacement.

Also, Steel cut wire is supplied as rounded cut wire, a spherical shape with precisely machined edges for
shot peening that requires high throwing force, high strength, durability and hardness to optimize
the fatigue properties of safety-critical parts in the aerospace, automotive and their supplier industries.

Stainless Steel Cut Wire

Stainless steel cut wire is manufactured from durable 300 series stainless steel,
and it is an abrasive material that can withstand strong impact with a structure
that changes from austenitic to martensitic due to high durability and continuous impact.

It has a bright surface treatment that is free of scattering dust and is used in applications
such as metal surface treatment and shot peening of aluminum, nickel, and
chromium-based alloy components and other non-ferrous parts.

Peening Accessories

ALMEN STRIP: We offer strips for all specifications, from standard MIL to stringent aerospace specifications.; Lot number marking on both sides for product traceability, and strip with a patented finish,
providing value to a high-quality shot peening process.; In addition, the Lot-to-Lot and Heat-to-Heat-dependent physical and metallurgical properties
of Almen Strips provide predictable, repeatable saturation curves and arc heights in
production with minimal variation.

Industrial Wipes

We are supplying the most complete fiber gauze and non-woven products that meet precise
cleaning specifications in each industry.

In particular, fiber gauze (100% Cotton Wipe) satisfies the strict requirements of the
aerospace field that requires precise cleaning, and has excellent high strength,
non-abrasion resistance, and solvent resistance such as solvents.

In addition, Non-Wooven Wipe forms a fiber network with strong absorbency through the
proprietary high-speed waterjet process, and unlike other non-woven fabrics,
it does not use binders, chemicals or adhesives.
It has excellent mechanical strength and absorbency, and is low lint because the fibers are
washed at the same time as the fabric forming process.
